First time here...but not the last.

Here's the best advice I can give you: stop spending hours researching for the best place to stay in Hilton Head in this price range....you have found it so contact Karen before someone else does and gets your time slot. This condo has all the comforts of home....plus more. I haven't slept as good as I did on the mattress in ages. As a matter of fact, my husband and I are on the hunt since we returned to get the exact same one: Sterns and Foster luxury firm. I love to cook and did so many times while we were there. Karen has made sure you have everything and I mean everything you need to prepare ANYTHING. Nothing cheap here-top of the line. Although I always bring my own spices for cooking, Karen has made sure to keep plenty stocked just in case you forget. What really works for my husband and myself: *you have a good view of the ocean AND the pool. *this condo is located in Palmetto Dunes which is our favorite location since it is the closest to all of the shops and restaurants that we like. ( we have been coming to Hilton Head for over 18 years). *this condo is beautifully decorated and I actually picked up a couple of ideas to use at my own home. *Karen has thought of so many details to make your stay a relaxing and memorable vacation. *well appointed kitchen without a doubt. I wouldn't hesitate to rent any condo Karen owns. I'm not certain, but I think she might have a degree in hospitality or maybe she has worked in the hospitality industry since she knows what her renters want and need for a great time.

Perfect Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Villa!!

We just had a Wonderful stay at this outstanding oceanfront villa in Palmeto Dunes. Very clean, well furnished, and extremely comfortable beds await in this penthouse condo. The views are even better than indicated in the photos in the property description! Beautiful oceanfront views from the main living room as well as both bedrooms. This Villa is also in the perfect location within Palemetto Dunes (close to everything, and easy in & out of the resort). We have stayed in other Palmetto locations and this tops them all. Karen was also excellent to work with, simply a very easy process and responsive if we had any questions. Bottom line is that this was a wonderful villa and helped make for a great vacation. Property was great!

Never been to Hilton Head before and all of my expectations were met and beyond. The condo was great. The pool and beach was perfect along with the great weather. Would definitely recommend it to relatives and friends.

The property is beautifully landscaped. Each condo has separate wall, ensuring privacy and quiet.

We had a very relaxing time. The pool and beach were just steps away. The beach is very wide and nice. The owner, Karen, was very responsive and great to work with.

Very clean and modern

Very clean and modern. Great communication with the owner. Good location, very nice and well decorated. First class inside and out. The owners spared no expense on the remodel. Bosch appliances, kraftmaid cabinets, etc.

Luxury Vacation Spot

Villamare is a great place to relax and vacation. Karen has this condo set up for anything you could think of. We loved the fact there were two king beds and plenty of room for the four of us. The properity is wonderfully maintained and this unit is close to the pool, beach, and grilling area. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I think we picked the best place to stay. The owner is a great communicator and had the place loaded with anything you might need. The beds were really comfortable we have a Sleep Number at home and didn't miss it a bit. There is a nice little balcony with comfortable furniture to hang outside. If and when we go back to Hilton Head we will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful, and I don’t want you to know about it

You know the babysitter that is a treasured gem and does everything that you could ever want a babysitter to do? Friends ask if you have a babysitter that they could use and you’re hesitant to share her contact info because you want her when you want her, and don’t want her schedule to fill up? That’s this place. Upon entering the grounds, you wind your way back toward the coast and you feel like you’re leaving reality and entering tranquility. The grounds are immaculate. The Christmas decorations were already up and they were spectacular. Before you pull into Villamare, the bike and kayak rental facility is almost right across the street. Very convenient. Parking is under the building, and you’re steps away from the elevator, which has several luggage carts right next to it. Now on to the condo. Perfect. Gorgeous. Amazing topline appliances, stunning counter tops, beautifully decorated, cozy atmosphere. A smart use of space with the washer and dryer under a tall counter, behind cabinet doors. Fun, trendy bathroom sinks, pretty light fixtures, comfortable furniture. This place had a designer or someone with very good taste. The beds are extremely comfortable with soft linens. The outdoor pool is big and steps from the beach. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor hot tub since it was a little chilly. The indoor pool, sauna and hot tub were also great on cold, windy days. (But it closes at 5:00 and I wish it stayed open longer. Maybe it does in the summer). So if I had to give one criticism it would be that the kitchen ceiling is a little low. But I’m 6 feet tall, and I never felt claustrophobic. Just a little low. And it does get taller once you enter the living room space. All that to say, this place is the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Hilton Head and I’ve been here many times. We’ll be back and I hope you don’t want it when we do:-)

We loved the condo, just as advertised, the location and Karen was wonderful! We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Love it!

My family and I just returned from an excellent vacation in villa 3. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet and well stocked compared to other places we’ve stayed. While I appreciate the many amenities, I was more taken aback by the excellent customer service we received throughout the booking process, during our stay AND when we returned home. The owner called us on our first day to welcome us and make sure we didn’t need anything. A 60 second conversation does way more to impress than one may think! We even received a call the evening we returned home to tell us that we left a few items behind, and that they’d ship them to us. No question we will return to this condo the next time we’re in Hilton Head! Thank you!

Clean Beautiful Unit

We stayed at this third floor unit the last week in July. The newly renovated unit is extremely clean and just spectacular. Karen provides excellent communication and makes sure you have all the details that you need prior to your arrival. We usually stay at Marriott properties on HHI. The interior of this unit blows Marriott's away. We also loved the key pad for entry into the unit. No keys or key cards to carry. We would definitely return and rent this unit again. We had absolutely no complaints.

Beautiful Condo!!!

We stayed in the third floor condo May 28 thru June 4. The unit was perfect. Everything had been updated and was beautifully decorated. We have been going to Hilton Head for twenty years and this unit was definitely the nicest one we have rented. Karen was so easy to deal with and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely stay here again.

Would Go Back Today!

Our family stayed in the third floor condo and absolutely loved it! The unit is decorated beautifully, sparkling clean, and felt like we were home. Plenty of space for our family of 5! Karen was great to work with and we will definitely rent from her again.

Another outstanding vacation!

This is our second time staying in one of Karen's units and we were just as impressed with the 3rd floor unit as we were with the 1st floor unit! This condo is completely updated with all modern amenities and was impeccably clean upon arrival. The condo decor is also beautiful and inviting and so close to the pool and beach. Villamare is a great location in Palmetto Dunes as well...walking/biking distance to the bike rental stand and the General Store. Karen was also available via phone and email if I had any questions before and during our stay. These units will NOT disappoint! Best units we've found on the island so far.
